A builder’s perspective…

My interest in rural and waterfront properties is rooted in my own personal history and experience. Growing up in the Kawarthas and having spent the better part of my life living next to water, I recognize the unique landscapes and recreational opportunities this area has to offer. For the past 15+ years, I have lived and worked on Stoney and Clear Lakes and have enjoyed many other regions of the Kawarthas in my leisure time. I currently live year round on Stoney lake with my wife and two young children.

After completing a joint Business/Anthropology degree at Trent University, I became a licensed carpenter.  For over a decade I worked as a builder, primarily on Stoney Lake, specializing in custom homes and cottages. This profession furthered my insight into property dynamics with an in-depth knowledge of home construction and the potential to transform properties to suit clients’ personal and unique needs.

As a Realtor, I am committed to helping clients seek out their own inspired visions for a property. Whether buying or selling, my thorough knowledge of home construction and my passion for the area translate into a premium personal service.
